Forex Trading Key Element
The key element of forex trading is its leverage, that is, the purchase with credit of a margin account; a margin account is an account in which forex can be purchased with a limited amount of money. For example with only US$1,000 the forex trader can control an account in the amount of US$100,000 or more, depending on the broker his or her is using. Online Forex trading market has changed in the last few years by allowing any type of trader or investor to trade money using a brokerage firm's margin account. 
It is such ability to leverage large positions with a relatively small amount of capital that has made the forex market now more liquid than ever and available to most of the investors and traders. The internet and the online forex trading capability it provides has just made things even easier and simpler. The leverage (that is actually a loan for all that matter) in the margined account is collateralized by the initial margin (the deposit), and if the value of the trade (the open position) drops to a certain level, the broker will ask the trader to either put in more cash, or sell a portion of his or her position or even close the position.
